Requirements & Safety
Vaccinations & Fecal Testing
Current rabies and DHLLP vaccinations and a clean fecal result are required. Bordetella is encouraged, not required. No Vaccines w/in 10 days prior to service.
Health & Behavior
Please share all medical, neurological, handling and behavioral concerns before any services are provided. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time.
Emergency Care
If care is needed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact before seeking veterinary assistance.
Cancellations & Pickup
Please follow our current cancellation, check-in, check-out and pick up policies. These will be provided at the Meet & Greet.
Medications & Special Care
Provide clear instructions and properly labeled supplies so we can care for your pet safely. If prescription, the bottle w/ vet instructions is required.
Safe Service Decisions
We may decline, modify, pause, or stop a service when continuing would be unsafe for a pet or a staff member.
