Service Agreements
Requirements & Safety
Vaccinations & Fecal Testing
Current rabies and DHPP vaccinations and a clean fecal result are required for boarding and playcare. Fecal is not required for grooming services. Bordetella is encouraged, not required. No Vaccines w/in 10 days prior to service.
Health & Behavior
Please share all medical, neurological, handling and behavioral concerns before any services are provided. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time.
Emergency Care
If care is needed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact before seeking veterinary assistance.
Cancellations & Pickup
Boarding check-out is 11 AM, Monday through Saturday, or that day of boarding is billed. No Sunday morning pickups; Sunday pickups are 5 to 7 PM. Boarding drop-off or pickup outside office hours: $40 per family. Grooming late cancellation (less than 48 hours) or no-show: $30. Playcare no-call/no-show: one playcare credit is forfeited for that day. See our full fee sheet.
Medications & Special Care
Provide clear instructions and properly labeled supplies so we can care for your pet safely. If prescription, the bottle w/ vet instructions is required.
Safe Service Decisions
We may decline, modify, pause, or stop a service when continuing would be unsafe for a pet or a staff member.
