At the Spaw, we take time to work with each dog at their own comfort level while providing professional grooming services in a calm, caring environment. Whether your dog needs a simple bath, routine maintenance, or a full grooming appointment, our goal is to help them leave feeling clean, comfortable and well cared for.

Because every dog's needs are different, final pricing is determined after we review your dog's coat condition, grooming requirements and temperament.​

MATTED PETS
If your pet has matting, please let us know when scheduling your appointment so we can reserve the appropriate amount of time for their grooming needs.

If significant matting is discovered at check-in and additional time was not scheduled, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure we can safely and properly complete the dematting service.

BEHAVIORAL & MEDICAL SAFETY​
Your pet’s safety and well-being come first. If, at any point during the grooming process, your dog shows behavior that makes continued grooming unsafe for your pet or our staff, we may pause or discontinue the service.

This may include extreme fear, panic, aggression, an inability to safely tolerate handling or grooming equipment, or concerns related to a known or suspected neurological or medical condition.

In these situations, we reserve the right to decline or stop the groom and recommend that future grooming be completed with veterinary support or in another setting better suited to your dog’s individual needs.
